I called this shop from Los Angeles knowing I would be in town for a very limited amount of time around the Canada Day holiday weekend and they were able to fit me in! I was coming from a not great experience in LA and looking for a more personal touch while in the salon. I got paired with Emily - who was AMAZING! She was so fun to chat with and really made me feel like I mattered while I was there. Her colour recommendations were spot on to what I had envisioned and she was so kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I will definitely be recommending her to the friends and family I have in the area and hope I can come back and see her soon.

Great salon! Very clean and tidy. Lots of great product variety without the salon feeling cluttered or overwhelming. Nice clean washroom. Was promptly greeted when I walked in. The staff seemed very nice and were happy to let my stylist know I had arrived for my appointment. Emily was lovely, did a fantastic job on lifting out my previous colour (gently), and giving me exactly what the goal was. Emily is professional and very easy to interact with. Was a very nice stress free appointment and salon environment. Will definitely be returning.

Will definitely recommend this Salon to anyone! Chanel gave me a beautiful cut and helpful advice. My whole experience from booking my appointment to leaving the salon has been wonderful. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and fair prices. 10/10 will be back.

First impressions were a very modern and welcoming. The place was spotless. My stylist was Amanda. I really think it’s one of the best cuts I’ve had. It was not a 5 minute in 5 minute out cut. I thought it would be expensive. Price was less than the chain stores with the shampoo. It was an experience.

This was my first time there and it was definitely They offered coffee and water when I first got in, took my coat and was immediately ready to go for my appointment. The stylist I was with was super kind, friendly and knowledgeable! Everything was clean and comfortable, staff was very kind and efficient. And I LOVE my haircut! no complaints.

I went for a cut with Sue and was nervous to try someone new. She is so lovely and sweet. She did a great job on my hair and I love it. The salon is really nice, spacious, clean. Friendly service and a fair price.

Where do I even begin? I’ve been seeing Charlie for YEARS and absolutely LOVE what he does every time. I’ve never had a bad experience. I love the fun atmosphere- it’s like hanging out with a friend. Charlie has saved my hair from a terrible box dye during quarantine and I’m still appreciative of that. Plus, the prices are super reasonable for the quality you’re getting. 10/10.

I came in with bleached-blonde hair, looking to return to my natural hair color (a darker blonde.) Chantal perfectly shade-matched my hair, with lots of dimension! She took great care of my hair and answered all my questions. I cannot believe these results. Strongly recommend!!!

Charles has created a welcoming environment and being in his chair is fun, informative and comforting. I left feeling so happy with how my hair turned out and fulfilled by good conversation and laughs. 100% recommend seeing him, and anyone working for him as well!
