Jessica gave me the best haircut of my life. I finally decided to see a curl specialist and she brought out my curls in the best possible way. She was so helpful explaining washing and styling techniques to me, and creating a specialized hair care routine I can maintain based on my habits and lifestyle. I cannot speak highly enough of her and how she is both a great stylist and the sweetest person. I had the best time talking to her and she really made me feel understood when I told her about the challenges I've had with my hair in the past. I've already told all my friends about her so she should have some new clients coming her way! She is both an exceptional curl specialist and person!

Submitted a request for services last night via email and had a reply within minutes. Katelyn was efficient and accommodating in setting up an appointment for both my daughter and I. When we arrived at the spa today, we were greeted with a friendly smile by multiple employees. My daughter enjoyed a mini manicure and I a classic pedicure. My feet were so happy! It was the best pedicure I have ever had. It was nice to be able to sit back, enjoy the peace and quiet, and be pampered. Quality services in a clean, relaxing environment. We will be back.

I went to go see Jessica to lighten up my hair before summer. She did an AMAZING job !! I could not be happier with my hair. I’ve received soo many compliments on the colour. She is very passionate about her work and makes you feel comfortable during your service, all while giving you tips for your hair. I 110% recommend Jessica for any of your styling needs.

Yesterday evening I went to Ashley for a massage (for the first time), I have been getting massages for over 10 years and I have never felt so comfortable with a massage therapist. Ashley took the time to understand what my needs were and was confident to recommend solutions. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable. From the moment I sat down with Ashley to discuss my discomforts she made me feel heard, I felt as though she cared and wanted to make a difference! It is clear that Ashley is passionate about what she does and is such a positive person. When you haven’t cut or coloured your hair for the past year & your favourite hair stylist returns to work in the hair industry- it is absolutely the best feeling. I saw Tina had joined the NAKAI team, I was so excited & booked an appointment. She has made me fall in love with my hair again! If you are needing to get your hair done I HIGHLY recommend Tina! She is an awesome person, very professional with loads of experience & does a fantastic job :)

I was visiting friends in Moncton and I decided to treat myself to some pampering. Nakai didn’t disappoint! Very clean and organized. I was able to change into a fluffy robe, slippers, offered a drink and I had the chocolate truffle body wrap with Amelia! It was quite luxurious and Amelia had a nice touch. The products were also amazing. Looking forward to trying different treatments next time I’m in town !
