“Limehouse Conservation Area is owned and managed by Credit Valley Conservation. It is located 8km downtown from Halton Hills, ON. This refuge is a 190-acre forested area with restored lime kilns, fissures, information boards, and hiking trails. Several old monuments can be seen in the area. There are many cave-like crevices to explore. Most of the trail is shaded by trees, providing a good respite from hot days. Limehouse Conservation Area has a rich historical background and ample parking spaces. They offer free entry for all the visitors.

2025 Update: Limehouse Conservation Area has the Radial Rail Trail, 0.8 km with an estimated hiking time of 15 minutes, the Bruce Trail, 2 km with an estimated hiking time of 30 minutes, and the Black Creek Side Trail, 1.5 km with an estimated hiking time of 25 minutes. It is a forested area with restored lime kilns and fissures, plus information boards and hiking trails.”
