Kelso Conservation Area is owned and maintained by Conservation Halton and covers an area of 3.97 square kilometres and includes Lake Kelso. Kelso Conservation Area provides three exclusive resources for climbing. Visitors can enjoy 20 campsites, 18 reservable picnic sites, and two mixed-use camping and picnic sites. Kelso Conservation Area has main, grand, and side trails. This refuge is suitable for walking and running, and a little steep at times for biking. The park also features marked mountain biking and hiking trails. Paddle boats, stand-up paddleboards, and kayaks offer a pleasant way to view the changing colours mirrored on the water.

Hilton Falls Conservation Area also features excellent biking and walking trails. The park has wide-open nature paths, ponds, and creeks. You can see snails and minnows if you get close to the water. The park spans 645 hectares and provides mountain biking and cross-country skiing. Hilton Falls Conservation Area has wonderful scenery and fantastic natural greenery.
