We came for a visit recently with our young kids ages 3 and 6. We were impressed at the size of the museum and number of cars on the property, especially given that the museum now relies heavily on donations and volunteer staff. We rode on three different street cars / trains. At the far end of the property, a TTC bus has been converted to an ice cream parlour. Lots of picnic tables, so pack a lunch and spend some time outdoors. Staff are mostly volunteers. Great way to spend an afternoon!

I used to work for a company that organized weddings at this location. I fell in love with the atmosphere of the building and the grounds. It is gorgeous for a rustic-shiek site for weddings under 100 people. Anyone trying to fit over 100 people in there -- do not do it! They have all their own dishes and basic glassware in house. They even provide basic linens to their clients! GREAT place for a wedding, corporate event, or family party.

Milton Centre for the Arts offers a variety of entertainment throughout the year. You can check for upcoming attractions on line, or visit the booking office at the theatre. Every seat is a good one in this theatre with wide aisles and comfortable seating. The volunteers do a wonderful job in seating the theatre goers. Wine/coffee is available at the small bar area. You can pre-order for intermission times. Very clean washrooms. Would highly recommend this venue. Parking is ample and free.
