From day 1 when we were interviewing builders Alair stood out. David got right to work before we signed anything and started investigating/surveying the land and began communication with the town. Jason took over the build on the construction side, and although thrown a lot of curve balls with Covid and us, the owners making some design changes along the way, he navigated the project smoothly minimalizing delays, this was especially important given we had a baby girl on the way. The project was complete on time, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. We have been in our house for about a year now and still have 100% support from Alair, even last week Jason stopped in making sure everything is how it should be. Both Jason and David really cared about their work and exceeding our expectations, to sum it up we would build again with them.

We had some serious issues with our home that required immediate attention. Alair Newmarket/Aurora came to our rescue and did not disappoint. Meeting with David and Jason was the first step to handing over our project with confidence. I don’t think I would trust another builder as much as I did Alair. They are honest, transparent and more than understanding. What we thought were some renovations turned into a new custom home as they walked us through our house showing us what was happening and why it couldn’t be saved. They were completely empathetic to our situation and allowed us to find other opinions. We decided Alair was the perfect fit for our job. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Completed office renovation #2 with Alair. Two years after the first project, we moved to a larger space. The project was twice the size and the team did an excellent job working through several unknown issues along the way to keep us on schedule and budget. Highly Recommend, Thanks.

Moreover, the Gallaugher team brought a very positive and accommodating attitude to the job site everyday. The house was completed on schedule and on budget. Overall, we are delighted with the end product; the attention to detail and quality of workmanship is evident throughout our home.

After doing a lot of thinking and considering multiple offers, we have decided to hire Home Best Solutions to renovate our two bathrooms. What a smart choice! Reza and his team are professional, punctual and hard working. Reza would go out of his way to make adjustments, suggest improvements and keep the job site as organized and clean as possible. All the workers are polite, patient and friendly, and the communication is always pleasant and reassuring. Our first bathroom is completed, and we are already enjoying it a lot. Can't wait for them to finish the other bathroom. We are confident it will be as beautiful as the first one. No question we will seriously consider Home Best Solutions for our future projects.

I was looking for a contractor for my bathroom renovation. A friend suggested Reza (the owner) and I called him for a visit to our home and provide a quote. The quote was a bit higher than another quote that I already had but finally I decided to go with this company (Home Best solutions). They finished the project on time. It included removing bathtub and installing a glass sliding door , replacing the floor and shower tiles , new vanity ,toilet, mirror, fan, pot light and painting. Their Plumbing and Electrical knowledge for the work was awesome. I found Reza and his team very professional and trust worthy. I’m happy with their finished work and highly recommend them.

Great job by Reza and his team. Work was completed on time and was of exceptional quality. Reza was always available to answer any questions. Attention to detail was evident in the installation. I would highly recommend Home Best Solutions to anyone looking for a professional bathroom renovation.
