This starts when you first enter the building with friendly, welcoming and smiling receptionists who greet all residents and visitors. As regular visitors they greet you by name and always ask how you're doing. The entire team is caring, attentive and engaged with residents and their families. Residents well-being is a priority for all the staff as they provide exceptional support and care. They will notify you if there's anything they believe you should be aware of. It's difficult to single out individuals as everyone goes above and beyond performing their duties. I moved my mother into Kingsway Place earlier this year. She was hesitant about making the change from living on her own. After being a resident for 5 months, I can tell you that she really likes it there. The staff are wonderful and there is always lots of activities to attend and participate in. Having access to health care on site and the location being so close and convenient to all the stores she needs is really great. For those considering this type of lifestyle change, Kingsway Place is an excellent option to consider.

My father has been a resident of Kingsway Place for over 11 years. He has participated in most of the activities over the years; bingo, cards, dancing, exercise classes, outings, and more. There is always a variety of activities and events, thanks to the hard work of the recreation director. Now at 97, he is unable to do as much, but still goes to the various musical activities. He enjoys going to the bistro, which can be very lively at times. My father has always felt very much at home here. The staff are truly warm and caring people, and this is clearly evident as his needs increase with his age. A big thanks to the staff for creating and maintaining such a friendly and cheerful atmosphere for the residents.

Our mom lived at Delmanor Aurora for the last 2 years of her life. She was resident #3. She loved her suite and her independence. She made lots of friends and the staff were always extremely polite, courteous and helpful. We were very grateful our Mom had the opportunity to live in such a wonderful residence - truly 5 star seniors residence!

I go into the Delmanor Aurora on a regular basis. I am always greeted with a warm smile. Staff are very helpful and truely care about the service they are providing. The residents are cheerful and friendly. The building itself is beautiful.
