I called Ritchie Nauss to ask just for an estimate to built a house, he was friendly, helpful and gave me a price based on my requests! I told him for that price would be possible to work on it, he recommended a designer to start the house plan (we did), Ritchie came to the meeting with the designer to make sure the budget and the house plan would match. After the house plan, bank approvals and signed contract Ritchie and his team started to work on permits and right after at the new house. Since the construction started we had all the support, help and updates about every step at the house. The contract was clear and we were aware about the budgets and upgrades would be an extra charge, we decided to go with few upgrades and everything was clear and easy to understand. Nauss team are friendly and extremely clean, the house was always clean and presentable, for specific parts Ritchie uses sub-contractors and all of them were really good and great companies! I should say for the first time building a house we were scared and afraid of all the problems and headaches that would come, but our experience has been so nice and easy to deal with Nauss team and Ritchie. We are so happy with our new house, and greatful to have a nice company to deal with. I recommend Ritchie Nauss and his team to all my friends and family, they did an amazing job with honesty, professionalism and always respecting the initial budget (same price he gave me at the first call) and at the end delivering a lovely home! We hired Nauss Homes to do a renovation job on our kitchen/dinning room railing next to stairway... want to mention the exceptional quality of work done with precise accuracy and we are so happy with the railing. The employee was very punctual, hardworking, and polite.... treated the job as if it was his very own... would give this company of Nauss Homes a 10 out of 10 and would definitely get them again without hesitation.

Richie and crew did a wonderful job during our recent renovation. They were prompt when answering our request for a quote, and provided an excellent price. Scott was very meticulous when installing our handrail system and stair treads. DIY is often fun and satisfying, but some things are best left to the pros. They were very personable, easy to work with and provided some great suggestions for improving the overall look and finish. Top job, professional results, couldn't ask for more! Thanks guys.
