I recently had the pleasure of visiting La Mine d'Or, and I must say that their service and selection are truly world-class. From the moment I stepped foot in their store the staff at La Mine d'Or are highly knowledgeable and passionate about jewelry. The purpose of my visit was to purchase a Rolex GMT Master II, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. They patiently guided me through their collection and provided detailed information about my watch. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The level of service I experienced at La Mine d'Or is unmatched. Their staff are not only experts but also genuinely kind and dedicated to customer satisfaction.

White glove treatment at La Mine d’Or. even though my item was not purchased there, they treated me like a valued client and repaired it. Very competent, friendly, bilingual service. Highly recommend.

ITACAST REVIEWS

I've been to local competitors and they don't compare to Itacast. I brought in two rings and asked them to have a diamond replaced. They gave them back to me sparkling clean, repaired and without asking, the white gold is now free of scratches. They have good sales and they aren't pushy. Thanks for going above and beyond with my rings. They've been very consistent with their services over the years.

Excellent customer service and workmanship! Couldn't be more pleased with how my ring turned out. They will always be my go to place for any repairs or jewelry needs.

The best jewellery store in the province, perhaps in Atlantic Canada. They always take the time to take care of the customer, and their workmanship is second to none. Very highly recommended!

We had been looking for a jewellery store for some repair work we needed done. We visited three jewellery stores in the greater Moncton area that stated they send their work away to be completed. Jagoes Jewellery Store however has a Goldsmith and all work is done on site at the store. I was also met with incredible service that is hard to come by these days. We shared our good experience with our family and friends as we think anyone looking for a good jeweller, we would highly recommend giving this business a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed!

We had a custom ring done at Jagoes and the customer service was second to none. The entire experience was fabulous, they were helpful every step of the way. Luc created a beautiful piece and done surprisingly fast at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jagoes to anyone, we will definitely be going back!!

We ordered our engagement rings online, and loved all options to customize and create the perfect rings for us. Customer service was fantastic, both online and in-person when we visited the shop. The rings were shipped directly to us as we live out of province, and they were even more beautiful than we imagined. Thank you for everything.
