CONSTRUCTION DESRANLEAU REVIEWS

We had our bi-generation built with acti plus construction (desranleau). We had excellent service both in the changes to the plans, the construction itself and the post-construction service. Courteous and professional service. A very special thank you to our site manager, Alexandre Renaud, who listened to our needs and made our dream come true.

I am very happy with my experience with Desranleau construction. They were professional, efficient and attentive to my needs. My house is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Alexandre our site manager was always available to answer our questions. I recommend Desranleau construction to anyone looking to build their dream home.

We love our house very much and we greatly appreciate the services received by Alexandre. He is understanding and has the satisfaction of his customers at heart. THANKS.

CONSTRUCTION JOLIVAR REVIEWS

We had our house built by Jolivar this spring. We were on our 4th new house, all from different contractors, so we had experience. We are extremely demanding customers and we know it...and we were more than satisfied with the experience with Jolivar. They were able to respond to all our requests. Each step has been thought out and rethought. We appreciated the service that Jolivar offers...from the design stage to delivery, we have nothing negative to say. Éric Ouellet is a very patient man who listens to the customer. We can say the same about the site foreman, Sébastien 5 beautiful stars.

We had a great experience, very good service even 1 year after our purchase. Family business that listens to the customer. Independent inspection of the house was carried out before taking possession and the inspector said she was impressed with the finish. I recommend that you do business with them if one of their projects interests you.

We had a very nice experience, and VERY VERY good after-sales service, even 5 years after our purchase. Eric is always there, he is efficient, quick to resolve small problems and answer our questions. I would definitely recommend doing business with them if you want to build your dream home.

CONSTRUCTION PASCAL ETHIER REVIEWS

Trusted entrepreneur. All our work has been carried out by him for several years. Great attention to detail and a job well done. Like any good entrepreneur, he is very busy, you have to be patient to obtain his services. Also the next generation seems to be establishing itself well. Congratulations to the whole team. Luc and Geneviève.

We are very happy with the work carried out by Pascal and his great team!! Competence, professionalism, attention to detail and good advice describe them best. And what can I say about their kindness, really, I recommend anyone to call on Pascal and his team!! Thanks again.

For years we have entrusted our renovation projects with this team. We have always been satisfied with the quality of services as well as the complete trust of the team. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants no hassle with their renovation.
