Big Thank you to Yared and Missla! I spent several months contemplating what (exactly) I wanted from my renovation. During this waiting period, Yared gently checked in with me from time to time until I was ready. He was patient and positive! Once the reno's started, his team was professional, thoughtful and thorough. I got the pleasure of working with Missla as my main point of contact throughout my project. We were recommended to contact Yared and Alair Homes to do a major renovation of our condominium's kitchen and bathrooms in New Westminster. Our upstairs neighbour has a small water issue that resulted in in some ingress to our kitchen ceiling. What began as a repair job (in our minds) became an extensive renovation. We came to appreciate the project manager, Nicholas, who was very accessible and collaborative. The subtrades and site manager Justin went to extra lengths to ensure the job was done well. The subtrades contracted by Alair were professional, respectful of our home , and all managed to work our project into their otherwise very busy schedule.
