I really can’t say enough good things about this company. We purchased our grandparents home and did an extensive renovation with Alair. Our project manager Joel was awesome and explained every detail of the process. He was very responsive to all the questions and was open to the few changes we had along the way. Joel had our best interests in mind the entire project and was in constant communication with us. I really liked that we were able to follow the schedule and budget using the online platform to see where we were at with everything. The attention to detail was outstanding and they really worked hard to make this a good experience for us. We are so proud of this home and are looking forward to making memories here. Building a house with Alair was a great experience! They say building a house is supposed to be stressful but they made the whole process very easy. Their online back office made it easy for us to see updated budgets and scheduling during the build which resulted in a transparent process. I would highly recommend using this company to build your house.
