Finding a genuine team for construction is very hard these days. I have heard from many of my friends that people in the construction industry take the money and then don't show up. We were scared as we don't want to come through similar situations. But luckily one of our friends suggested Townhill constructions. Townhill team constructed our friend's basement. We were impressed with the work they did at our friend's house, and the part that attracted us was their commitment; they gave us papers where they mentioned the start date and finish date. If work gets delayed from the finish date, they will pay you money for each day. We hired them for our legal basement, we never faced any issues with them; all of our friends were surprised to see our basement. We had small renovations for our house, which they did for us at a great price. I will recommend townhill for their professionalism, excellent services, and great work. I must say that anyone can trust them blindly. They will go beyond their ways to help their clients. Moreover, they have licensed persons for each task. We came to know about "Townhill Constructions" from one of our neighbors. We were already started our work with another contractor with a lower contract rate and were stalled for 3 months without much progress. We were a little hesitant in the beginning whether we should pay 15k more but I am glad we made that decision to go with Townhill Constructions. Their professional work, clean and high quality construction, on time performance and reliable after work support for workmanship is really commendable. Our legal basement was done well on time. A curious thing happened during the construction phase. Accidentally, they had used 5 mm flooring while we were promised 8mm flooring. They were professional enough to do the entire flooring again without charging anything extra. This shows ownership. We are extremely satisfied with the team, and have been recommending them to family and friends. I wish them good luck in their future endeavors. Their attention to follow-ups sometime was more than required but I am glad that they were following up with me than me following up with them. Cheers to them.
