David has done multiple inspections for us now, and he is always extremely thorough, and explains each detail as he goes so you know exactly what he's looking for and what he's finding, with no surprises when the report comes. He is quick to provide positive feedback and realistic solutions to any issues that arise. He even went so far as to explain things to my curious children while he was working. Highly recommend County Home Inspection!

David did an excellent job of doing a full review of our home. He took additional time to answer many questions about how to repair some of the minor defects and he also made suggestions for improvements to the property in the future. He followed up with a full report showing all of the points that he had commented on. Excellent service. Thanks.

Excellent recommendations, and excellent aid. Justin also had to fight with our attic hatch and install a handle to get it open. He also somehow managed to eyeball the handle location and stuck it dead centre which is not relevant but was impressive. Everything was very clearly laid out for us, and the super handy chart made the very confusing government information crystal clear. I am really excited to get the work done! Absolutely recommend!!

Justin, our Energy Auditor, was just a really nice person. He thoroughly explained how he would perform the audit and before he left reviewed all the areas in the house where I could save energy. Justin was very personable and professional and we hardly knew he was in our house. We are thrilled to be able to apply for our HER+ rebate now. We enjoyed him so much we sent him home with some meatball squash stew.

Reg is a fantastic home inspector. He was extremely thorough and critical, which is what you want when making such a large purchase. He took the care and time to make sure he explained everything in detail to us as we went through the house and ensured we understood everything. Prompt and professional. 10/10 would recommend. We can now comfortably purchase our home without the worry of an insufficient inspection.
