Very patient with questions and so thorough during the entire inspection. The report he provided afterwards was incredibly detailed and when we asked for a summary to provide the seller's agent, he took the time to write one out and email it to us quite late in the evening. Professional and stuck to the facts. He ensured that he placed more focus on the areas we had expressed concern about.
