I was impressed. I've had nothing but problems with home inspectors missing things and just doing basic "yup it's there". Just under seven hundred for the basic package. But the guy showed up a journeyman carpenter, knew all the building codes, caught the slightest thing like a wire being too small of a gauge, and a bit of damp concrete next to a pipe, aged the garage by just looking at the wood, had the furnace tore down and then gave me recommendations on things to do to ensure long life on my water heater and furnace. THEN came back for a very quick reinspect for free cause he was in the area... Unheard of in the housing industry, folks doing things extra to serve a customer and keep their customers happy. I recommend... Good dudes.

Absolutely fabulous inspection! Covered every part of the house in fine detail and gave ideas on how to deal with the minor issues found.
