He was very thorough, and answered our questions both as the inspection was being conducted, and at the end when he went over the findings with us. He was also available by email and phone after we received the full report the next day. The detailed report, complete with pictures and description of everything that will need repairs either now or in the future, was very helpful in making the final decision.
