Rock Solid Home Inspections

As soon as we got to the home, Aaron was already there taking note of the outside. He was friendly, courteous and extremely thorough the whole three hours we were at the home. He was always checking in to see how I was feeling about the house and if I had any questions. He was patient and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. He provided a verbal summary of the major issues before we left the home and I received the detailed written report that same evening. My father in law, a former home inspector, was with me and was very impressed as well. I cannot recommend Aaron and Rock Solid enough. You will not be disappointed and will have a very good idea of where your home is at and what needs to be done so you can make an informed decision about purchase.

Patrick took the time to answer every single question we had with professionalism and walked us through each step of the home inspection process thoroughly - explaining what he was looking for and the equipment he was using. He went into tight spaces and got dusty and dirty while leaving no stone unturned. I admit I was nervous to go in on my first home inspection but Patrick was a patient and knowledgeable guide which made it an enjoyable and educational experience. Highly recommend!
