BEST WESTERN FIRESIDE INN REVIEWS

The staff at this hotel are excellent. Summer and Cathy who work at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant and the breakfast room are also very friendly and helpful. I am thinking that it would be nice to stay at this hotel in the winter in order to enjoy the fireplaces in the restaurants and hotel room.

Staff was great, friendly and super helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Can recommend the in house bar for dinner, very convenient. Great breakfast. Location is extremely convenient when passing through town, easy to reach from the highway and with supermarkets in the vicinity, not that much else within walking distance though.

Had a great stay. Pub even called us when they had a table available, so we didn't have to stand in line, like the non-residents. Food at pub was great. Breakfast was exceptional. Like a cruise breakfast.

I came to Kingston for a special occasion to visit my daughter at Queens and was so surprised to find my room decorated, and a complimentary charcuterie board! The staff was so sweet and I was truly touched by their thoughtfulness! Also bonus points for being pet friendly. Thanks so much to all at the Holiday Inn Kingston who took the time to make me feel special. It was so appreciated! I will definitely be having a frank discussion with my sister in law about how great my stay was. Thank you!

i went on vacation with a friend of mine and we throughly enjoyed our experience. from the top tier dining to the service so good that it felt as if we have been best friends for most of our lives. speak shout to the young handsome lad that helped us tremendously i really think he’s goin places.

Beautiful hotel on the waterfront with great service! I had charcuterie & sangria on the patio and it was excellent. Irish server was so pleasant and welcoming, made for a very enjoyable experience! Highly recommend!

DELTA HOTELS KINGSTON WATERFRONT REVIEWS

My husband and I stayed here Friday-Sunday, and had our dog with us. We absolutely loved our stay. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean and there was a lot of attention to detail. The staff were so pleasant, always smiled and said hello in the hallways. We ate at AquaTerra (restaurant within the hotel) three separate times. Duncan, our waiter, was absolutely fantastic. His attention to detail was very impressive. He was professional, kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience each time we dined. His service was a huge reason why we went back a second and third time. Duncan really stands out for his exceptional service and professionalism. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend AquaTerra, Duncan, and Delta Kingston overall.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The service desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The waterfront view was so peaceful. It was the perfect place to take my partner and show them the town! Very conveniently located to my favourite parts of the town. Definitely would stay again!!

The Delta Hotel Waterfront was Amazing! The room we were in was big with two Queen Beds and a TV. The windows lead to an astonishing view of the waterfront and the pier. The coupon for food allowed us to eat so much. The staff here was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great hotel to come to in Kingston.
