SHERATON LAVAL HOTEL REVIEWS

This was by far the nicest hotels my company has done business with in 3 years of hotel stays! We have a 3 day conference every weekend so I’m basing this on the service of the front desk, restaurant, room comfort, facilities, event space and event staff and management. Overall if I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! Your entire team is wonderful! I honestly did not want to leave and I can not wait till my company rebooks with you! Thank You Guys so much!!!!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel, and I must commend their commitment to cleanliness – the hotel is always impeccably clean. However, it's worth noting that while the rooms are comfortable, the style feels a bit dated. Nonetheless, the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness make it a solid choice for a comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Laval! The hotel was super clean, and everything was in perfect order. A special shoutout to the manager, Laeticia, for her amazing support and professionalism. She really made our stay extra special. Highly recommend!

I’ve been staying at this hotel for several years since Covid, and it’s always been a great place to call home. I’d call it that because I say for 6-7 nights per visit. The staff is super friendly and helpful at all times. I did have one hiccup on this trip where one of my packages of printed marketing materials was lost after being received by the hotel. The hotel took ownership of the issue 100%, and had replacement materials made for me asap! A very special thanks to Kelly & Annie Lise for saving the week for me as these were very important for my sales trip this week. I highly recommend this place as it’s been super consistent for the last 3 years I’ve been staying here. A++.

Really Nice hotel in Laval. Rooms are very spacious, bathrooms are nice and big. Daily housekeeping was a nice change from the normal Hilton properties. Diamond Lounge was an excellent option, featured great breakfast as well as evening snacks. Lots of close restaurants and a mall right by the hotel! Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again in the Laval area.

LE ST-MARTIN HOTEL & SUITES REVIEWS

Nice hotel conveniently located 5 minutes away from Centropolis and 15-30 minutes from downtown Montreal. The complimentary breakfast is amazing with a wide selection of meats, French pastries and drinks. Stayed here six nights for a business trip and enjoyed the amenities. WiFi is pretty spotty at times and very slow but restarting it seemed to fix it mostly. There is an extra fee for bringing a rental car. The parking lot lights are bright at night but you can shut the blackout curtains to fix that. Relatively quiet area. Hotel looks like a castle from the outside. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Shower water gets extremely hot very fast! Overall a great week long stay in Laval. Would stay again for business trips.

Very nice hotel, just perfect! We stayed for more then a month and have enough experience to say it's perfect! Stuff at the desk as well as kitchen personnel is very friendly and professional, the owners are always there, so everything functions smoothly. Wonderful breakfast, convinient location. Thank you!

The waiters are extremely nice. One waiter was a domican and he was EXTREMELY kind. He is so nice. The rest of the staff is also really nice. I will say, best staff ever. The hotel is really pretty too. It felt fancy. I really recommend
