Great customer service, fully equipped, nothing needed to be explained, she remembered all the tasks / cleaning patterns / private-vacuum service & handling, garbage disposal before leaving ! her work was awesome ! After trying and trying to find a cleaner that can meet or exceed expectations I have finally found one. Jayna and Jasta were amazing! They not only got all my expectation completed in a timely and efficient manner, but went above and beyond. My mother who has been severely ill has been unable to do anything and as she lives in my home I have been trying to care for her and work full time. I’ve had no time to clean at all. I’ve had cleaners before, one company charged me 18 hours and didn’t complete half of what the two wonderful ladies from lathered completed in 6.5 hours. I asked if they could change the bedding on my mother’s bed, they not only changed the bedding but washed and dried them! There was also laundry in the dryer that I hadn’t quite got to and they folded it all and neatly placed in on my freshly cleaned and dusted dryer top! If you’re looking for a cleaner, take it from someone who is extremely picky and critical about my expectations this is the company you should work with! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Thank you!
