Highly recommend this location. I delt with Aries at this location and he was great. He was very helpful from the moment i called and had to change the date a few time's of when i needed the storage unit. He also helped me get in the same day I called and needed our unit that day lastmin due to work changes without hesitation. He greeted us with a big smile and was super friendly and very helpful. Great customer service.

The public storage Airdrie was a excellent place the building was always clean and wonderful place to storage of belongings until I downsized and was able to sell them . Washroom was alway clean bright and easy to use. So thank you for your services. Chris Cunningham.

What amazing service! I would highly recommend this storage facility. Great people working there, very friendly. The units and property are immaculate. If you are looking for well priced, super safe and secure storage, this is the place for you.

Staff are very nice. Setting up for a space is easy, canceling is also easy. I will be using this location when I need storage again! Thanks guys.

first of all I genuinely have to say Lana, the store manager at the Airdrie, Alberta - CANADA location is definitely an asset to The Mini Mall Storage company. She made the process easy with zero stress and a pleasant communicator I might add! She also took the time to physically show me the unit to ensure I was happy with the size, cleanliness, assessibilty and that it suited my needs. Also, day of move in the maintenance man (sorry, don't remember his name) brought pallets directly to my unit to elevate my wardrobe containers off the ground. I was very thankful he did all the muscle work there for me. All in all...I'm a very "happy" customer with the service - thank you Lana for looking after me in such a kind, caring way! P.S. I forgot to mention, Kate on their help line. She was patient, kind and guided me through the review process. (I was having difficulty with the initial Google link). Thank you Kate for your assistance - made my day.

I rented a unit and decided against it. I had absolutely no hassles. Lana was expedient in dealing with H.O.; they were able to rescind my online credit card payment. My refund receipt was in my email by late afternoon! Thankyou Lana.
