Bought a new hot tub from them and I have to say that the entire experience was awesome! From the sale to delivery and install we were very impressed with the customer service and care. When we walked in we were greeted by Phil (the salesman) we had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Throughout the process we didn’t feel like we were being sold or any pressure to buy. He simply educated us on all our options. Once it came time to purchase, he went over the contract thoroughly to make sure we understood everything. When it came time to pay for the tub we dealt with Sarah & Alison who offered great customer service. Payment & scheduling a delivery date was super easy. On delivery day, Adam and his team showed up on time and had the tub set up in a timely manner. I had many questions for him and they took the time to explain everything including function and maintenance. I can’t thank this team enough for helping us find the best tub that suited our needs and making the whole process a great experience. If you’re looking for a new hot tub I highly recommend this business.

We had our Coast Spa delivered a week ago and from start to finish the whole experience has been a joy. From talking to Philip the sales representative on our first visit to the showroom to the delivery of the Spa to our backyard it all went as smooth as silk. And it didn’t stop there Phil contacted us by phone the very next day to make sure everything was working and that we were enjoying the Spa. Again like clockwork after the first week today Phil reached out to make sure everything is going well. And in fact they are. I recommend Hot Water LeisureScapes to anyone looking for a Spa weather it’s a first time purchase or an upgrade these people know their stuff.

Very professional and outstanding customer service. Worked through all the plans we had and gave us a fabulous deal on the spa. We have been a customer there for over a year getting parts to try and repair our old spa but when we decided it was just time to replace they took excellent care of us. Their service techs are top notch and wait times are minimal. Very impressed with everything to do with this company and will be a continuing customer for anything we need related to our spa.
