Button's Heating & Air Conditioning

Buttons Heating and Air recommended we replace our old air conditioning unit due to a pin hole leak when the unit was hot. They recommended a Daikin unit of one and a half tons, for the size of our house, and because it came with a 12 year warranty. Being made in Japan it was a very compact efficient unit. They arrived at 08:00 as scheduled, and the first thing they did was to lay down floor mats to keep any dirt and garbage off our carpets. They removed our old condenser unit from outside, which was surrounded by a wood deck, and removed the evaporator unit from inside the furnace. They raised the location for the new condenser so the new condenser unit was level with the deck. They were able to accommodate the owners wishes for not having a new hole drilled into the wall, for running the lines where they would be seen and in danger of being damaged. They installed a new evaporator coil inside our furnace, then sealed it in, so that you could not tell they had cut into the furnace at all. They were very polite and professional, taking time to answer any of the owners questions. they have always given great service!

I called for an estimate for a new central air unit after receiving several quotes from other businesses. Button's was very friendly and responsive, and they were able to squeeze me in right away. Jason gave us the best price and warranty out of everyone, so we decided to go ahead with the install. Three guys showed up for our appointment, they were friendly, courteous, prompt, and had our new AC up and running within a few hours. They even fixed part of our ducting to the furnace to maximize the air flow which will most likely even save us a little money every month. Since the installation everyone has noticed a huge difference in the temperature, and we haven't had to run it as high as the old unit. Button's did not disappoint. They delivered a great product, excellent service, and the best price and warranty.

Absolutely great service. So glad we picked this company right here in Durham Region. Started with Jason coming and explaining everything to us. Boy he knows his stuff. Once the installation was complete the team asked for us to come and check things for a final inspection and WOW ! They had all the floors swept and no litter anywhere.
