Dr HVAC

Very pleased with all aspects of the service. My 36 year old A/C unit was just not giving any more so I decided to replace it and my 19 year old furnace at the same time. Included in their 5-Star Elite package were a new humidifier, electrostatic filter, air purifier, and smart thermostat. It is a very nice system and they were able to install it the day after ordering. The staff at Dr HVAC are all top-notch in their field. Beginning with the recommendation and technical advice of Chris Dowsett, the thorough comfort analysis by Jen, and finishing with the expert installation and commissioning by Chris MacDonald, Andre, and Joe. It is some of the best workmanship I have seen.

Was looking for a trusting HVAC company to deal with. Read the reviews on Dr.HVAC and they are true… amazing team focused on delivering trusting customer service. My technical was Bryan who was just Amazing. Listened to my concerned, educated me and built my trust first thing. I noticed that Dr.HVAC has enables their technicians with leading diagnostics tools. Along with the full digital experience from text messages to communicate arrival of the technician with a photo and write up of the individual.. these make Dr.HVAC a company I would recommend.

Got my ac and furnace maintenance done with them. Steve was the technician who did the job. He was very good, had a professional attitude and friendly behaviour. These guys are very good. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Will do all my HVAC work with them in future. Highly recommend.
