Exceptional, prompt service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Had problems with 22 year old furnace on a Sunday. Northwest responded quickly and were able to get the furnace working again. Decided to replace it. Northwest is a Carrier dealer so i checked their website for the various models and then did some research for what may be best and price. The owner, Anthony is very honest, professional and helpful. He gave us a great price on installation of a new furnace, humidifier (our existing one was broken), easy access filter housing, condensate drainage pump (our existing drainage was uphill so not working well) and gave us a free installed eco bee learning thermostat. Installers were great and did a neat, clean and great job. Anthony checked in on site when install was finished and then followed up a few days later. Northwest is a great business with great people.

I can't say enough about Northwest Gas. I did my research and invited multiple companies to provide estimates for my home's installation of a new Carrier furnace/AC, hot water tank and humidifier. Northwest was the best deal, hands down. Philip, my initial contact, did the majority of the legwork as he patiently answered my multitude of questions as he provided me with much of the information I needed to make an informed decision. His patience and information (along with the cost) was the main reason I went with Northwest. Once the decision was made, Anthony was very helpful in setting up the installation. He was professional and ever helpful. I was also impressed with Derek who did the installation along with the help of Matt and Marco. The installation was seamless. Derek and his crew were polite, punctual, professional and efficient. They answered all my questions and performed the installation very well.
