My ac broke the day before two of the hottest days on May. I got multiple quotes from many people. I called Relianxe because of their name, but used them because of the sales advisor that I met named Jackson. He was polite, showed multiple options and very respectful. That can be a hard thing to do since I do look very young, but he spoke to me like he would with any other person. He gave me space to think about it with my partner, and he was very professional the entire time. The technicians Nick and Victor did an incredible job. They were both amazing about putting down carpets, keeping there work space clean, ensuring they had enough space to work. They made sure I understood how to operate everything, and that I didn't have any questions. They worked so fast, I also got a furance too. The entire thing maybe took 5-6 hours. Thank you so much guys, I appreciate your service.

I had a wonderful team replace my hot water tank today and am so impressed by the kindness and professionalism of Wes and Pedro. What I was anticipating to be a few hours of work ended up taking many hours more. The dedication i observed from Wes from start to finish, included explanations and updates throughout the day. The thoughtfulness of finding solutions for the relocation of my tank and the venting was well planned and improved the design of the room, too! I highly recommend the workmanship and great experience this team provided my family and home today. Grateful to finally have a new tank. Thank you Wes and Pedro!!

I've been thinking about a water softener for a while now and when I called Reliance and spoke to Paul he was very helpful..we talked about my needs, daily water use and budget and he then explained the different options and gave recommendations..he then set up a time a convenient time for the install, which was quick-less than an hour. Very happy with my new system-its what I was looking for and extremely affordable. A few days after the installation, Paul called to follow up to make sure there were no issues and also gave his contact info should I have any questions or concerns in the future. All in all, great customer service and a fab new water softener that was within my budget!
