We had our first ever central air unit installed last week. The sales professional that came to our home was competent, knowledgeable and honest regarding our needs and options. The install team was on time (actually a little early) and took extreme care to ensure our home was not damaged or dirtied during the installation of our unit. The settings and options for our new AC unit and thermostat were explained in great detail and the team stayed until all questions were answered to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and could competently use the equipment. We will recommend to everyone we know.

Our tech, Scott, was amazing! He was here on time both days and despite many issues (not on his or Reliance's end but rather our propane company), he remained professional, caring and positive. After we finally had our propane refilled, he returned to make sure everything was up and running for us. Thank you so much Scott! I hope everyone gets your amazing service! The pricing we received is affordable, they were able to install immediately and their communication was quick and professional. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have had Reliance come for repairs (first heater, now AC, neither of which is actually a Reliance product) and I have had Rick both times. I cannot say enough good things about Reliance and Rick. Customer service to book the appointment was quick and efficient. Rick arrived right in the window given and was very professional and considerate throughout. I especially appreciated his ability to explain the issues and what he was doing. He is clearly very knowledgeable and was efficient in his work. I have no hesitation recommending their services.
