I have had two hypnotherapy sessions with Andy so far, and I absolutely loved them. Andy is such a welcoming, encouraging and supportive professional, I immediately felt safe and comforted in the environment she created. She led me through the sessions focused on what I wanted to achieve (ex. work on anxiety and overthinking in specific situations). Her sessions help you create strategies for yourself so that as situations arise, you are more capable with dealing with them. Can't recommend Andy enough! I've never had hypnotherapy sessions before, but I can't believe how beneficial they are just after a few sessions! Thank you Andy!

I had the opportunity to have two hypnotherapy sessions with Andy and was very happy with the experience. Andy was great with explaining the process as well as giving a lot of details to continue practising on your own after the session. It was a very relaxing time and Andy was very supportive and positive during the entire session. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to lower their anxiety or stress in their daily lives!
