I was greeted warmly as soon as I entered the store. After explaining what I wanted, I was given one-on-one support throughout my visit. The associated guided me through the store, offering suggestions that fit my description perfectly. He offered me advice on what he thought suited me. I am very happy with the glasses that I chose. And the Customer Appreciation Week discount was great.

found exactly the perfect kind of frames, a reasonable price in comparison to my other shopping! and.. the service was wonderful. Dorian did such a great job providing options, was efficient, friendly, and was very knowledgable. Would highly recommend asking for his opinion on frames as he was honest and helpful.

My child accidently broke one of the lenses on my ray bans and I had to order new ones. When I received them in the mail I took the to LensCrafters at the Quinte mall. Susan Napier took the old ones out and put the new ones in and even fixed a bend in the frame all free of charge. She gave great service and for those reasons I will definitely be using them for any glasses I need in my household. Keep up the great service.

I went in for an eye exam as I haven’t had one done in at least 15 years and after having 2 babies, I felt my vision straining. They were all very polite, quick and efficient. The store was very clean as well. They had a good selection of glasses to choose from and at very good prices! Such an easy process and booking the appointment was amazing as well, was able to get in quickly unlike the more than a month wait at a competitor. Highly recommend.

Definitely glad we went to this store. The staff were all so friendly, and my appointment was thorough. They were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The cost was good as well. There was a wonderful deal on a second pair! They were patient and worked with me to make sure everything was suited to me and my situation. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I highly recommend Specsavers Quinte Mall!!! I came in unknowingly with an expired prescription which Edith patiently brought to my attention and helped me to resolve. Next was to fill the new script and try to come in under a tight budget on my insurance. My new prescription was handled and filled perfectly and the frames Edith kindly suggested were actually much better suited to my needs and budget than the frames I usually buy. High quality Titanium frames with premium lenses and personal fitting and adjustments, at my price point was far beyond what I expected to find anywhere. And for real not a gimmick, for $149 more, I bought the second exact set. How could I not? Do yourself a favor and try them out. Well worth visiting this store!!! - ST Reply
