Have had the best experience with the company since joined them four years ago but want to say a few words today specifically about Melanie Dumont. I called three weeks ago hoping to clarify a delay in receiving a new paperwork with my broker but she was on vacation. The receptionist transferred me to Melanie. I was very surprised when, instead of asking me my name, file number etc she instead greeted me by my name and once I told her about my issue, took on the question with complete confidence and knowledge as if that was she who has been working with me all those years. I honestly have never experienced anything like this before. All my concerns were addressed in no time and I received more help and valuable information than I was expecting. Now, unfortunately, my broker, Charlene Croft (who was also always extremely efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and just amazing) left the company so I am planning to call Melanie hoping that she would take me on board.

I had an amazing experience with Kyla from Morison Insurance Brokers. She was so friendly, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I switched my home/auto insurance from another broker and the transition went smoothly. I would highly recommend Kyla to any of my friends, family and to anyone looking for a new home and I auto insurance.
