TIMOTHY SINNOTT - BERESKIN & PARR LLP REVIEWS
HONESTY & expertise, that's what you get here. That is so hard to find today as everyone seems to want to stroke your ego and take your money. Used their services with Lawrence who is a patent specialist. I brought my idea to them looking to pay for a second opinion on a patent I was looking at doing. The first company I felt with said it won't be a problem. So we paid for a search and found something like our idea. They still said we have a good chance. I thought my idea was too close to stuff out there so I got a second opinion before spending $10k. They B&P advised me as any patent has a chance since it is up to the interpretation of a human patent officer but, my patent was close to other patents and I would have to spend alot of money proving why I am so much better and revoluanary over existing items. They advised what could also happen is request for research and other things from the patent office that could run me alot of money. So if I wanted to move forward to do it with caution and be prepared to spend more money defending my ide. I am so happy I paid for a second opinion . I can now Invest that money into my buisness insted of a legal fight trying to get a patent that I really did not need now after seeing what was already out there. Remember good advice and work is never cheap. It's not cheap here but it's not expensive. I have been quoted a lot higher at other offices. But you can know with confidence your money is well spent.
He provides excellent legal service to his clients.
He also has expertise in providing trademark registration and infringement opinions.
