Upscale Italian restaurant. Pasta made from scratch. Friendly neighborhood restaurant with a lot of regulars. Owner and waiter very friendly and great staff. Would definitely go back. Prices are reflective of quality of food. You get what you pay for. If your looking for authentic Italian food give it a try. Havent had pasta that good in a long time. Cooked perfectly with lots of flavour.

Casa Carbone exceeded my expectations and provided an exceptional dining experience, it is now one of my favourite restaurants to go to. The restaurant's contemporary atmosphere is stylish and inviting, creating a vibrant ambiance. The menu offers a delightful selection of artful Italian dishes that showcase the chef's creativity and skill. From perfectly cooked pasta to mouthwatering grilled meats and seafood, every bite was a flavor explosion. The wood fired pizzas were a highlight, with thin and crispy crusts and fresh, flavorful toppings. The knowledgeable staff provided excellent recommendations. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout the evening. Casa Carbone truly delivered on all fronts, and I can't wait to return for another memorable dining experience!

Friendly and attentive service from start to finish. Super impressed with the culinary, the chef makes their own smoked ricotta and the burnt lemon reduction sauce (amazing flavour) for their beet salad. This salad was super refreshing and each ingredient complimented each other very well.
