EAST IZAKAYA REVIEWS
Came here because reviews were fantastic online. There was a 30 minute wait. We arrived and put our name on the list. Recommend planning ahead and making reservations if you’re able. The wait was WORTH IT. So is the price. The best sushi I’ve had in a LONG time. The service was fantastic and friendly. They even use a robot to help serve the tables ! They had so many options to choose from. The rice to sushi ratio wasn’t too overpowering which is amazing considering most sushi all you can eat places try to skimp that way. We ate well over the prices worth of sushi. I highly recommend the deep fried milk! Recommended HIGHLY. Also the decor is chic, modern and so nice.
First time to East Izakaya, we went for a late lunch to early dinner for a group of 12. Half our party was an hour late and the staff was extremely understanding and accommodating. We had 4 little kids that all found things on the very large and extensive menu. I recommend paying the extra $10 for the dinner menu vs. the lunch menu. There are sashimi options, more yakitori, and dessert options with the dinner menu. It's definitely worth it! Food came out quickly and plated beautifully! They even sent the robot out singing happy birthday, which was such a wonderful treat for everyone. Our server George was amazing, helpful, and very informative he made the dining experience wonderful as well as all the other staff there. We are definitely going to go again and so excited to hear they will be opening a restaurant in the Buffalo NY area. Which will save the trip over the border. But it's still worth the trip to St. Catherines
Enjoyed a lunch special for take out. 2 sushi rolls, maki sushi, salad and miso soup and can of pop for $21. Very filling, fresh and enjoyable. I ordered extra spicy mayo on side and did not receive any on my sushi or on side. But they did give me a cup with ice and straw for drink. So it makes up for it.

AMAKARA JAPAN REVIEWS
Amakara Japan is probably the best sushi restaurant I've been to in a long time. The location is really small and cozy. I ordered the rainbow roll and it was presented really well. It was super tasty. I also loved the mochi ice cream. The staff was really friendly too. I'm definitely coming back!
You can't beat the quality of their amazing sushi. Chicken karaage and shrimp tempura are great entrees with huge portions. Intimate setting. No wheelchair accessible bathroom. Wheelchair accessibility: Stairs to washrooms.
Excellent sushi and sashimi and the beef was so tender! The menu is so extensive, you will want to study it before going. I recommend going early as there are not a lot of tables and it gets busy at dinner hour. Definitely going back as there is so much more on the menu that I want to explore.

WIND JAPANESE AND THAI REVIEWS
We came in this restaurant just 20 minutes before kitchen closes. We were in group of 15 people and we just had those 20 min to order everything we wanted. It was crazy how fast they served us and how friendly they were with us helping with everything we asked. The staff is very polite and caring. Saturday evening it was expensive, our bill for the group came to 650$, but totally worth it. Thank you so much for a great experience!
This is our favorite place for Sushi in the Niagara region. Their food is always nicely prepared, good quality and tastes great. The staff is always friendly and attentive. We will continue to be returning customers.
Amazing food and service and ambiance! Dat was our server and he was so nice and attentive and helpful! We love coming to Wind!
