I have never tried 100% vegan food. And i was surprised the food was so delicious, flavourful, fulfilling and what not. The best salad i ever had. Every bite of food is flavourful. You will taste the thought in every meal they prepare. Staff is supper friendly and amazing as there food. The restaurant is pretty and cute. Pesto grilled sandwich is not be missed . One of yummy sandwiches i had. This going to be my favourite sandwich in entire niagara. Soft and crunchy at the same time. This is going to be one of best founds. This is must visit . Because this is the only way to find how beautiful and delicious vegan food can be.

Super nice place with nice art inside. The vegetarian menu was really, really good! I had the falafel bowl, while my wife had the watermelon poké. Both dishes were amazing and we especially recommend the watermelon poké. I also had a mimosa wheat beer that was recommended and that paired well with my dish.

Impressive vegan menu that I had a hard time deciding what to eat. We got it to go so I went with the crunchwrap over the lasagna. There's quite a bit I'd like to try on the menu but unfortunately live 10 hours away. I got a crunchwrap with a side of mozz sticks. My wife had a seitan wrap with mac and cheese. We agreed the mac needed salt but wasn't bad. She really liked the mozz sticks. They were nice but definitely vegan cheese. I really liked my crunchwrap and she liked her wrap. The cookies were great, crispy and crumbly on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Good stuff! We couldn't find free parking so I dropped her off and she got the food. I swung by a bit later and picked her up. That was annoying but the town is just laid out that way, not their fault. Thanks for the delicious lunch! Would love to try something else if ever back in the area.

I was blown out of the water with the food here, it was unbelievably good. We had the mezze plate, and the dolmades which were amazing. We’d come on a recommendation from a friend - and neither the food, nor specifically the spicy feta, disappointed. This is one of those places where you’ll think about the food long after, and be planning your next trip back. In terms of service, our server was great! She was kind and helpful with the menu, and after made recommendations to us about the local parks/trails in the area (we took her up on the rockway conservation area) which was really nice. We were however sitting very near the kitchen and the restaurant was not busy when we were there. Some of the conversations overheard were not professional given that they were front of house and near to customers. Overall it’s a big restaurant, plenty of seating, and it’s going for that Mediterranean vibe without being in your face about it. It’s a fun, chill place with really great food.

My friend and I met up for lunch here today, and we were very happy with our experience! Our waitress was very lovely and let us know what the specials were for the day. She also described how a couple of the menu items were made, which was nice. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very calm and inviting. There's a water fountain right when you walk in, and the sound of water falling just added to the ambiance. The food was amazing and seasoned perfectly! We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to have lunch/dinner.

What a gem in St. Catherines! Delicious food, friendly and attentive service, cozy atmosphere and huge portions! I especially loved the portobello mushroom dinner and the baklava cheese cake (not too sweet and you can really taste the baklava)! Fun fact our server told us: the restaurant has been around for 9 years and transitioned to a vegan menu 5 years ago when the owners turned vegan! I respect the owners for aligning their business with their values (which I imagine isn’t always easy), without compromising taste and selection at all! 5 stars and highly recommend.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in St.Catherine’s. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience.

Great food! Only suggestion would be to offer various sizes for the wraps, I would have ordered a larger size or just got two falafel wraps for myself. The hummus wrap wasn’t so much a wrap and more of a hummus sandwich. Definitely recommend this place but would advise getting larger size options or doubling wrap orders.

Amazing food. Ordered appetizers for a small dinner. Everything was fresh and taste so good. Highly recommended.
