J'ai reçu une chaîne avec un pendentif en cadeau. La chaîne était malheureusement trop petite. J'y suis retourné avec le bijoux dans le sac de la bijouterie ainsi que le bijouterie dans son boîtier d'origine sans la facture bien évidemment. La demoiselle m'a très bien répondu pour un échange puisqu'on ne connaît pas le prix du bijou afin que je débourse pour une chaîne plus grande, elle devra la remettre au bijoutier absent qui lui pourra déterminer le prix.

J'ai fait agrandir ma bague de fiançailles et super service ma bague est revenu de la bonne grandeur et encore plus belle qu'avant! Bon prix également!

Très bonne accueil par la propriétaire. Je lui ai fait entièrement confiance pour le choix d un bijou. Satisfaite à 100%. Merci.
