Came here to get a ring resized and unfortunately in the end they could not do it without risking the ring being damaged, but I was very happy with the fast and professional service I received and that they sent it out to their workshop anyway to see. I was greeted immediately even though I am young and not a typical target customer at a higher end store. Very nice staff.

I was looking a gift for my sister’s wedding. Boyang really gave me professional suggestions and booked the watch we picked from Europe. She kept syncing up with me during the hard time of supply chain during the pandemic. And finally, my sister got her watch on time and she absolutely loves it.

Came here for my bestie’s wedding gift. Rebecca was very helpful and professional. It was such a pleasant shopping experience!
