Mr. Junk

Had the awesomeness of an animal peeing on a mattress, so had to get it moved out asap. Went online, booked my appointment, and got my confirmation email. A day before got a reminder email, and details of what would happen. Day of, got the call, confirmed my address, and shortly after arrived at my place. Both guys were extremely friendly. I wish remembered their names, but I do want to pass on a huge thank you to them. Process was quick and easy. My apartment building has tall ceilings so there's a lot of stairs, but didn't seem to phase them. It was great service. Friendly service from beginning to end. Highly recommend. Also want to make note that parking can be difficult on main, but a solution was found and with excellent customer service the whole time.

The service I received from this company was fantastic. The team had a tough job to do (shed and clothesline removal) and did an impressive job. The area was left clean afterwards. They were friendly, showed up on time, and gave me a fair price for the work. The office coordinator was also very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The whole experience was extremely professional - went well beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!!!
