The architectural design of Stratford City Hall is a picturesque blend of late-Victorian elements, showcasing an eclectic mix of styles. It was built in the Jacobean end of the Queen Anne Revival style, with decorative features adorning all sides of the building. Notably, the structure boasts gables in the Flemish Renaissance style, a classical cupola, and panelled chimneys. Each block end is dodecagonal, while the central portion takes on a hexagonal form.
