Jess has been one of the best investments of our wedding day. With her co-ordinating most of the planning and completely handling the set-up and organization of the day, we were able to be present and enjoy our wedding with as little stress as possible. She brought so much experience into the planning process and was there to guide us through everything. We were given a very detailed wedding plan workbook to stay on schedule. Jess was also constantly communicating with us, giving her own feedback and gave insights that we would never of thought of We had a lot of different ideas for what we wanted for our wedding and she turned them all into the most beautiful day we could have imagined. The decorations, the set-up and flow of the day were well beyond our expectations. Everything looked out of a magazine, and we have gotten tones of positive feedback from our guests about how it all turned out. During our wedding day it started to pour rain unexpectedly, but nobody would have known our rain plan was our back up plan. On short notice all of the chairs and floral arrangements were moved to a different location, and she made an incredibly intimate and romantic environment for us to exchange our vows. We cant say enough how much we appreciate her professionalism, honesty and patience throughout every step of the process, and cant imagine doing it without her. If you are getting married we can’t recommend Jess and Bonafide Events Studio enough.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bonafide Events Studio! When I started the wedding planning process I wanted to find a coordinator but thought of it as a "want" rather than a "need". But I was SO SO WRONG! About half-way through planning, I was feeling very overwhelmed and stumbled across Bonafide Events Studio on Facebook. Jessica Stacey is warm, professional, knowledgeable, and brought such a calming process to my crazy life.

Jessica from Bonafide Events is an absolute gem of a wedding coordinator! Not only did she pay great attention to detail and manage all the vendors effortlessly, but she also had a remarkable vision for beautiful floral design for our ceremony and head table. Her ability to transform our venue into a stunning space left us and our guests in awe. We worked with Lindsey while she was contracted by another company for our August 2021 wedding, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. We know that it is not the easiest thing to plan a wedding during a pandemic, but thank goddess we had Lindsey to guide us through each step! She was super helpful and came to our meetings with our vendors (in person and on zoom) and asked all those questions a bride and groom may not think of. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, created a master plan/schedule, and made sure everyone was on time and was communicating with each other. Because of her we could sit back, relax, and enjoy our special day without having to worry about anything. Additionally, our wedding party and families just got to enjoy the day instead of having to do extra tasks, and Lindsey coordinated with them if she needed them.. she kept those groomsmen in line! Lindsey was my voice of reason and reassurance during the planning process. She really had us covered for all situations…like literally covered with clear umbrellas when it poured rain sideways immediately after our ceremony! She even made sure we were able to get our photos when the sun did shine through after, and those golden house photos are the best!! She may be a planner/coordinator but she felt like a bridesmaid and best pal during our challenging wedding planning process. We truly enjoyed working with Lindsey and would highly recommend her planning and coordinating services to anyone in the area

I had the pleasure of working with Lindsey back in September 2018 when she was contracted with another company. She was instrumental in making my wedding day as seamless and stress free as possible. In the months and weeks leading up to the big day, she was so helpful and reliable in communicating and coordinating with all our vendors. We ended up having to switch coordinators throughout our wedding planning process and having Lindsey as our coordinator was the best thing to happen! She is very professional, so kind, reliable, and ensures everything will run as smoothly as possible. She is always communicating with you so you never feel out of the loop.
