I was given a gift certificate from my daughter and her fiancee to go for a massage. Not knowing what to expect I went in and was greeted with a beautiful smile from Crystal (I believe her name was) and then waited for a few minutes cause we were early. My husband was getting a hot rock massage from Crystal and myself a massage from Zach. Gotta say one of the best and most relaxing massages I have left with from a place yet. WOW!! I would recommend this place for sure. My husband liked his as well. He wants to go back as this is his first experience with massage and he loved it!!! Anyway, this place is fabulous!! Amazing atmosphere and people are great and massage are the BEST!!

To celebrate our 40th anniversary, my wife and I were pampered an entire afternoon. We experienced massages, facials, mani and pedi. I really did not know what to expect but I put my trust in the staff to provide an afternoon we would not forget. I can tell you that Katrena and Shannon exceeded our expectations. Katrena is exceptional and very skilled at her profession. I would highly recommend this for an amazing day of relaxation and pampering. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I drive 2 hours each way to be treated by Katrena's expert hands. She is so knowledgeable, experiments on her own skin to develop the best ways to treat clients, and you can feel how much she loves what she does. Highly highly recommend.

I arrived tired and worn for the mini retreat. I left feeling rejuvenated and calm. Katherine was superb. She spoke during the treatment only when I asked a question or made a comment. Otherwise, she just left me to my thoughts which was most appreciated. She was professional, experienced and knowledgeable. I'll be back! Thank you Relish for putting a skip back in my step!

I had my first sugaring experience with Cassie today and she not only did an amazing job but was also great at explaining the process. She was full of information and had an answer for any of my questions. We chatted the entire time and she made me feel very comfortable! I have already rebooked again and will continue to go back here!

Had my very first massage, Cassie was so amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, she detailed exactly what to expect and made it an amazing experience. I will definitely be booking with her again and could not recommend this spa enough! The atmosphere is so safe and calming. Highly recommend.

ILLUME WELLNESS SPA REVIEWS

I came for a neck and scalp treatment and I think it was the most relaxed I have been in years! The team is so lovely!! What makes this business stand out even more is the incredible owner, Elsa. She ran a fundraiser this Christmas and donated to families in need around town. A family I know happened to win one of the gift cards and it was so heartwarming to see the impact of the spa’s charity on such a well-deserving family. I’m beyond grateful to have this amazing business in Stratford that cares about giving back to our community and helping our residents in need!

Amazing staff. Their salt room is great. Our kids and myself, anytime we have a chest congestion we head to the salt room and we get better shortly after. We have also received multiple facials and pedicures between my daughter and I and we loved it. Great products and services. Staff is so lovely and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love coming here. I've had various services done by the ladies at Illume over the years and I always leave happy. It's so beautiful there and has a very calming/relaxing atmosphere!
