Have been a customer for more than 20 years. As with every year, our lawn looks great with very few weeds and dead spots. Our backyard looks like an oasis amid all the weeds on both sides.

We appreciated the reminder email the day prior to our service appointment. Only our first application, however, the technician was thorough and friendly.

I could not believe how quickly my weeds were gone and my grass was back to being lush and geeen

As a local property manager, I rely on contractors to keep the properties looking good and safe. Steve (the owner) is very knowledgeable and always gets his services (wether snow plowing or lawn maintenance) done on time and professionally keeping the client in mind. I highly recommend his company to any who are looking. There are very few companies that have safety as a priority and cut corners to save costs. This isn't the case with Spencer property care.

After a few years of falling behind on my yard work my property was in rough shape. The team at Spencer Property Care has already turned it around and I am able the relax and enjoy my backyard without the constant guilt/stress of all the things I need to do. Stve is responsive and professional and find his pricing to be fair especially considering the high level out service he and his team provides.

Requested a quote on some lawn maintenance and got a price back on minutes. Company showed up on time as promised and completed promptly. Will be using them again.

Ginkgo Ridge brought our unhealthy lawn back to life by fertilizing and over-seeding. He’s taken the stress out of maintaining our yard, and allowed us to get much more enjoyment out of it.
