BACKYARD RESORTS POOL, PATIO & HOT TUBS REVIEWS

We have been dealing with Backyard Resorts for the last 8 years and they have always provided excellent customer service, competitive prices, and they go that extra mile every visit. We use them to open and close our pool, for repairs, they have installed a new liner, pool cover, heater and pool pump for us too.

We've dealt with Backyard Resorts for 7 years. April, Fred and all of the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Their extensive knowledge has helped us manage and enjoy our pool to the fullest.

Staff very friendly. Answered all my question. Excellent knowledge and very helpful. I would recommend this above any other. I was delighted to prepaid for my order, as I trust them.

MAN ABOUT THE POOLS REVIEWS

We have had Barry come out twice to service our pool. The first was for a sand change, and the second to close our pool for the season. We are new to owning a pool, and Barry was very helpful, and answered all of our questions. We didn't have to wait long to have Barry come out when we first moved into our house and our pool was green. Within 2 days of contacting him, Barry was at our place. We are very happy with the service we received.

Barry does great work for us on our new pool. They're really quick to respond if you have any questions and they're definitely very knowledgable about the operation. He's replaced the liner for us, maintain the pool while we are away, and does all her opening and closings. Highly recommended.

Barry is a stand up guy and is fantastic at his trade. Highly recommend for pool maintenance, covers, open/closing, cleaning solutions and more.
