Excellent customer service! I can't thank Ted enough for looking after my elderly in-laws when the missed their flight by mistake. Ted was able to rebook them on a later flight and transport them to the airport without causing them any added stress. I highly recommend Hollywood Limos.

Fantastic shuttle service, Don went above and beyond to make sure I arrived at a hotel that had guest capacity, truly can't recommend him and this shuttle company enough.

Used this service last week for a ride to the SSM Airport. Booked the pickup with the friendly staff at the outlet on Trunk Road. Pick-up was to be at Prouse Motors parking lot at 04:20 AM on Friday. Ride to the airport was on time and the driver was excellent. Will certainly use this service again. - LESLIE L
