Academy Lock

I was referred to Academy from my car dealer to try to find a hard to find key blank. I called them, not realizing it was after their closing time. The man I spoke with took the time to listen to what I was after. Even though it was after hours and he was away from his shop he looked up the blank that I needed and gave me advice. Although he could have made a sale by telling me to come back when he was open, he was gracious enough to recommend two other local shops who might have the key I needed and might be open, so I wouldn't have to wait -- and encouraged me to call him back if they couldn't help - and he'd make sure I got what I needed. I really appreciated his patience and advice. Knowing exactly what key blank I needed made shopping around much easier.

Great and friendly service! I called after hours but the awesome rep was here pretty quick and had me back into my apartment as quickly as possible!
