Her experience is in working with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing difficulties and want to be happier and functioning better personally or in their relationships. She holds broad training in CBT Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic, Psychodynamic, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and child and family therapies. She also has experience in child psychiatry, and works in a Medical Family Practice with a range of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, medical problems, bereavement, couple and family issues, with all ages.
