Lara has done wonders to help my sore muscles, I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. She truly cares about her clients and is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I was coping with a knee injury when I first began to see her and she made all the difference in my recovery. I have been to see her consistently ever since to help with a stiff back and sore muscles. I would recommend her services to anyone who is looking for the best!

Having had a few massage sessions elsewhere in the past, going to Lara is now a part of my monthly routine. She’s able to take your areas of need and blend it into how she works with your body and can assess how other muscles react. She gives you stretch/mobility advice and it keeps you going back from the rapport that she builds with you!

Lara has this great rhythm to her treatments, and created a lovely and relaxing space for our appointment. I've been getting massage treatments on and off for a few years, but I think that this was the best massage I've ever received. Thanks, Lara!

Went in for a massage and facial and it was so good I booked the same package for my entire family. I also tried the Yume head spa. Pennapa is wonderful at her craft, skilled, experienced and intuitive. She treated each family member according what was wrong with each of us and we each felt much better after - healed from head to toe. Her passion for what she does and the genuine concern to help others get to a place of health and wellness makes her stand out. Thank you so very much. Grateful.

This is by far the best thai massage I’ve ever had! The masseur is very professional, the place is well maintained, she used different herbs and hot stone and very relaxing aromatherapy scents! The place is very clean and well maintained and the masseur even offer me thai treats! This is a must try when you live in Sudbury :) Will definitely come back here :)

I've always had my massages here and have always left feeling so good! Ashley is a great RMT. My latest facial with Angelina was no different, such a relaxing experience and my skin felt amazing even days later! Everyone is always pleasant and professional, I love all about massage.

It was my daughter's second massage. She absolutely loves it here. Her massage therapist was excellent at making her feel comfortable in all aspects of the massage.
