After using a CPAP for ten years, retuned to medigas to purchase a replacement. Theresa, on Paris Street, was very thorough at explaining to me the changes with the newer machine in a way I could understand what to expect. She explained to me the products available, and how to take care of the equipment. When you consider the service provided, it is better than buying online.

Excellent experience. He went above and beyond installing extra items for us in my Uncles’ new retirement apartment. We were on a deadline and he made it happen. Wish I would have got his name but there was a lot going on. He was a real pleasure to deal with!! Highly recommend!

Walked in and was very appreciated by store representatives who helped me more than I was expecting and gave me what I needed without hesitation and with no charge, and I'm from out of town. What a great experience!

Judy and Renée both made what felt like a really scary emergency, a lot more comfortable. I left Northern Respiratory with all the equipment I needed and also with a strong sense that I was being looked after, sincerely. I highly recommend this business!

Do you remember the good old days of customer service? Being seen and heard? If not, that’s awful. And you need to meet Julie. If so, you need to meet Julie for all your CPAP/BiPAP needs. This woman loves her job and is an absolute doll to work with. I’d give her a 10 out of 5!!!
