I had a great experience with Jordan in picking out a new mattress. He is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out an amazing mattress. I never felt rushed as he took his time getting me to try out different kinds of mattresses. I am very happy he got me to try out different styles because what I was originally looking for wasn’t at all what was a best fit. The delivery service was very efficient and seamless. Went into sleep country Canada in Langley, BC. Was greeted by Jordan and was very pleasantly surprised of being welcomed by Jordan. He helped my husband and I as to which mattress would be the best for our needs. Jordan explained everything about the mattresses we looked at, and even down to our pillows and bedding. Thank you Jordan for helping us, and thank you for being honest, patient and kind, service like this nowadays is rarely seen. We will be back for our future purchases!!

Ricky was fantastic. Very patient and knowledgeable, not pushy or anything. He took the time to answer all our questions and set us up with something that worked for us. Very excited to receive our new bed!
