My daughter was shopping for an adjustable bed. Raffi showed us what she was looking for and he said the most profound thing. "Go shopping, go to Sleep Country (where I've always bought my beds), The Brick and anywhere else but see me last". Glad she did. The service was excellent and the best deal by far. Five stars for this Canadian Company selling Canadian made furniture.
Wonderful service! Raffi was awesome! No pressure at all - he explained everything about each of the beds that he suggested that he thought could work for me. He then left me to try each of the beds for as long as I wanted to. Superb service - the best experience I have had purchasing a mattress ever!! Thank you!! It was a pleasant experience.
We wanted a cabinet bed and a king-size bed platform. Sleep Shop had what we were looking for, high quality and at great prices. Raffi was great to deal with -- very helpful and low pressure.
